With the early release of Stage 2 Covid-19 recovery, Ambrosia Cafe & Bar will now be able to increase capacity. We will continue to review and monitor customer demand and operating hours and adjust also within the current limited staff available.

Golf Shop: 6.30am – 4pm.
Driving Range: 6.30- 2pm, daily. Last balls 1.45pm.

Please be advised of the current QLD Health dining requirements;
– Maximum 20 customers in a defined area for dining,
– A public gathering is up to 20 persons (inside or outside),
– Clearly marked separate entrance and exit,
– Adequate space to allow 1 per 4sqm,
– Patron recordkeeping for 56 days in case of future contact tracing. 1 person per table to provide contact details,
– Guests to use provided sanitiser before seating,
– Tables, chairs and menus to be sanitised after each use,
– 1 staff member per designated service area with table service,
– Service of alcohol must be at a table, seated. Bar style stand up consumption is not permitted. The sale of any food is no longer conditional but greatly appreciated,
– Please maintain 1.5m distancing in and around the clubhouse. There are indicative markings provided.
We understand people are eagerly looking to return to ‘normal’ but for now this is normal, please be patient as we work through these new conditions and begin increasing our operations piece by piece. The menu will be increased from Saturday and tap beers are back on (limited supply available from CUB).
At the moment, we do not plan to return to 2 tee starts for a number of reasons not limited to, gathering size and operational constraints so please bear with us, when it is possible, we will.
Unfortunately, the Locker Room remains closed under direction of QLD Health – communal facilities. If you need to retrieve any personal belongings, please see one of the Food & Beverage Team.
The Drinks Cart will operate at the moment Fri-Sun, for the service of food and non alcoholic beverages. This is a liquor licencing requirement and any alcohol brought or sold onsite and consumed outside of being served in a seated area, could revoke our licence to operate.
